Why Vicenza
Veneto represents 20% of the national production of mechanical subcontracting. The analysis of economic data has in fact confirmed that after Lombardy, the Veneto region ranks second thanks also to the primacy of the province of Vicenza which has the highest rate of specialization in Italy. This data clearly highlights, as in this sector, among the most significant of the national economy, Venetian mechanical production both from the point of view of technology and manufacturing capacity, among the most relevant in economic terms.
Vicenza is located exactly in the center of the Veneto, the beating heart of the North but, above all, it is inserted in an important center of companies specialized in milling processes, and is easily reachable from the entire central North: it is in fact about 200 km away from Milan, the collector of everything the North West (Piedmont), 120 km from Brescia, approximately 160 km from Bologna and Modena.
